In order to comply with the relevant legal provisions, our company has implemented a whistleblower reporting system for complaints, public reports, and related regulations in accordance with the provisions of Act XXV of 2023 concerning rules on complaints, public reports, and related rules on abuses.

Reports can be made through our system regarding any unlawful or presumed unlawful actions or omissions, as well as other information related to abuses occurring in the practices of our company.

The following individuals can submit reports to our reporting system:

• Employees of our company, former employees, and those who wish to establish an employment relationship with our company, and for whom the process of establishing such a relationship has begun,
• Individual entrepreneurs, sole proprietors who have contractual relations with our company,
• Persons with ownership stakes in our company, as well as individuals who are part of the company’s management, executive, or supervisory board, including non-executive members,
• Persons who have initiated the process of establishing a contractual relationship with our company, are in a contractual relationship with us, or have been in a contractual relationship with an entrepreneur, subcontractor, supplier, or person under our supervision and control,
• Interns and volunteers working in our company,
• Those who, in the above-mentioned cases, qualify as individuals who wish to establish a legal or contractual relationship, for whom the process of establishing such a relationship has begun, and those for whom the above-mentioned legal relationship or contractual relationship with our company has terminated.

Reports can be made verbally or in writing.

Verbal reports can be made at the following telephone number +36 30 584 9067, or in person at a mutually agreed-upon time.

A protocol will be prepared for the report, and a copy of it will be sent to the reporter.

In writing, reports can be submitted by mail to the company’s address or in electronic form.

If submitting by mail, please send it to the company at 7634 Pécs, Bázis köz 1., addressed to Budai Ildikó, Internal Abuse Responsible, with the designation “S.K. for opening.”

The report can also be sent via email to bejelentes@besel-schwaeller.hu.

In both cases, our staff will provide feedback on the arrival of the report and the commencement of processing, and will send the relevant internal regulations of the company.

Following the investigation, which will be completed within 30 days from the date of receipt by the Internal Abuse Responsible, we will send a protocol to the reporter containing the results of the investigation and the measures taken.
